Question 1

How do buyers discover an asset that fits their work?

Accepted Answer

Start in the marketplace and search by keyword, browse by category, or explore a curated collection. Open a listing detail view to inspect its use case, documentation, compatibility, included files, and creator context before deciding whether it fits your work.

Question 2

How do buyers access purchased files?

Accepted Answer

Buyers sign in before purchase. After a paid purchase, the purchase library at /account/purchases is private to that signed-in account. A purchase shows released files only when an AssetFile is available. Pending payment, an unavailable file, or an unavailable asset remains non-downloadable; the library and file endpoint expose the current state.

Question 3

Can I download the free prompt packs without signing in?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AI-Outlet.com publishes two free prompt packs: Product Visuals & Campaign Image Prompts and Small Business Marketing Copy Prompts. Each has its own public Markdown download, with no sign-in or payment required. These platform resources are separate from independent creator listings.

Question 4

Who can see a creator listing and its contact details?

Accepted Answer

The creator workspace is authenticated and owner-scoped, so a creator manages their own submissions there. A creator name can appear on a public asset. The submission form explicitly says that review contact details are not published.

Question 5

What do the moderation states mean?

Accepted Answer

A submission can be DRAFT, PENDING_MODERATION, CHANGES_REQUESTED, APPROVED, or REJECTED. DRAFT and CHANGES_REQUESTED submissions are editable in the creator workspace. PENDING_MODERATION, APPROVED, and REJECTED submissions are read-only there. Moderation does not guarantee approval, and review timing depends on the submission and queue rather than a fixed turnaround.

Question 6

What can creators publish, and when?

Accepted Answer

Creators can publish an approved asset with a useful use case and documented handoff. APPROVED does not publish a listing automatically: after approval, an authenticated creator must use the publish action, and only then is the public /assets/<id> catalog record created. DRAFT, PENDING_MODERATION, CHANGES_REQUESTED, and REJECTED submissions do not enter the public catalog through this workflow.

Question 7

What should creators include in an asset submission?

Accepted Answer

Documented systems should include a title, category, description, use case, included files, creator name, clear setup steps, and the expected outcome. Compatibility details, test notes, a draft price, and pricing notes can help buyers understand the handoff. State what you tested, what worked, and any limits or known gaps without claiming that an asset works everywhere.

Question 8

What does moderation look for?

Accepted Answer

Moderation looks for a clear use case, a complete and usable handoff, and documentation that matches the asset. A submission can be rejected or returned as CHANGES_REQUESTED when buyers would not yet have enough information to use it responsibly. Approval is separate from publication, and this FAQ does not make purchase or delivery guarantees.
